- High INR without bleeding or bleeding risk
- Hyponatraemia (Sodium more than 130)
- Iron Deficiency Anaemia (if elderly patient or previously investigated)
- Osteoporosis

Liverpool Public Teaching Hospital
Liverpool Hospital is located approximately 50 minutes drive from the Sydney CBD. It began as a tent hospital for convicts and soldiers 200 years ago and now provides a health service of international standing, with 23 operating theatres, capacity for 877 beds, diagnostic and imaging services, emergency and trauma care, maternity, paediatric, cancer care, mental health, ambulatory care, allied health and medical and surgical services from birth to aged care.
Private Hospital Inpatient Services
Based in the Emergency Department, I provide holistic assessment and management plans of complex, older patients presenting to ED. Acute medical ward, providing multidisciplinary assessment, management and care to acutely unwell, complex older patients.
Subacute medical ward, providing multidisciplinary assessment, management and care to complex older patients requiring further optimisation of their cognition, function and/or mobility, with ongoing subacute medical problems.
Orthogeriatric Service - assess and manage medical and geriatric issues in older patients with a fractured neck of femur.
