Based in the Emergency Department, I provide holistic assessment and management plans of complex, older patients presenting to ED.
On the acute medical ward, I provide multidisciplinary assessment, management and care to acutely unwell, complex older patients.
On the subacute medical/rehabilitation ward, I provide multidisciplinary assessment, management and care to complex older patients requiring further optimisation of their cognition, function and/or mobility, to formulate goals and an appropriate discharge plan.
On the surgical, urological and orthopaedics wards - I provide holistic assessment and management of medical and perioperative issues, mental health, geriatric and rehabilitation issues in older patients with a fractured neck of femur, fall, fracture or major surgery.
